In order to get started, we want to give you a breakdown of the process, as well as a list of what we need from you to get started.

 
 

Size

Mailers are 11x17 finish size, but fold to 8.5x11.

Content

In order to start, we need:

  • the document with all your text and statistics

  • your headshot

  • the name of the MLS area you pull info from, for the disclaimer

  • your personal logo, if applicable

  • your brokerage logo and any guidelines your broker might have about how to use the logo and colors/fonts that are allowed, if applicable.

  • your brokerage return address

  • a high resolution property image for the cover (1mb file size or larger)

    • can be a purchased or free stock image if you don't have any nice photos from previous listings to use. (unsplash.com and pexels.com have great free options)

  • data for graphs (optional)

    • median sales, months supply of inventory, etc. (typically the same category of stats you include in the chart). This is a way to show more than just the year-over-year data like what you share in the text and chart, so data that shows every month's stat in the past year, or the overall number per year over 3-5 years is what I'm looking for. And just the raw data in a spreadsheet is best; a picture of a graph is less flexible design-wise.

  • Additionally, there will likely be room for at least one of these as well:

    • recent sales or listings

      • either a list of them, if you have a lot, or just one or two along with a photo and basic description like address, beds, baths, list/sale price, and some kind of call out like “sold over asking” or “sold in x days”

    • testimonials (one or two at most)
