In order to get started, we want to give you a breakdown of the process, as well as a list of what we need from you to get started.
Size
Mailers are 11x17 finish size, but fold to 8.5x11.
Content
In order to start, we need:
the document with all your text and statistics
your headshot
the name of the MLS area you pull info from, for the disclaimer
your personal logo, if applicable
your brokerage logo and any guidelines your broker might have about how to use the logo and colors/fonts that are allowed, if applicable.
your brokerage return address
a high resolution property image for the cover (1mb file size or larger)
can be a purchased or free stock image if you don't have any nice photos from previous listings to use. (unsplash.com and pexels.com have great free options)
data for graphs (optional)
median sales, months supply of inventory, etc. (typically the same category of stats you include in the chart). This is a way to show more than just the year-over-year data like what you share in the text and chart, so data that shows every month's stat in the past year, or the overall number per year over 3-5 years is what I'm looking for. And just the raw data in a spreadsheet is best; a picture of a graph is less flexible design-wise.

Additionally, there will likely be room for at least one of these as well:
recent sales or listings
either a list of them, if you have a lot, or just one or two along with a photo and basic description like address, beds, baths, list/sale price, and some kind of call out like “sold over asking” or “sold in x days”
testimonials (one or two at most)
